On the 24th of July, an arson attack on Kyoto Animation’s Studio 1 building has cost 34 lives to be lost. Recently, they have released a bank account that accepts donations to help rebuild.
The money from the donations will go towards support for the families of the victims, and towards rebuilding of the studio.
The Violet Evergarden Orchestral Concert to be held in the Katsushika Symphony Hills Mozart Hall on the 27th July would be held as planned.
However, they would not be accepting donations at the venue and will be declining recordings and news coverage at the event.
Regarding the release of the special bank account for donations, the company have expressed their aim to rebuild to their utmost best.
